How do I connect with Romeo? We want you to
feel comfortable, so we describe the different environements of our
church in relationship to your house. Follow these links to discover
descriptions of our three ministry environments.
foy•er (foi’•er, foi•ya’) n. An entry. It’s the place in the home that
serves as the welcome area for guests. It’s an opportunity to make our
guests feel comfortable enough to return. That’s exactly how we design
our entry environments at Romeo. Our Sunday morning worship services
are “foyer” environments. We want our guests to come back, so we do everything with them
in mind. So, come on in…
Examples of Foyers @ RomeoChurch.com:
liv•ing room (liv’ing room) n. A room in a home, with sofas, chairs,
used for entertaining guests. When guests arrive and are welcomed into
your home, you invite them into the living room. Everyone finds a
comfortable place to sit, and the conversation begins. At Romeo, this
is where you connect with people like yourself. Smaller and more
interactive than the foyer environment, these gatherings offer genuine
opportunity to begin friendships.

kitch•en (kich’en) n. A room or place for the preparation and cooking
of food. Webster’s definition doesn’t help us much, but think about it.
What is the most popular room in your home? Where do you end up when
friends or family come over? The kitchen. This is where lasting
friendships are made. And that’s the kind of environment we are
striving for in our small groups. Small groups are where people meet
regularly for Bible study and prayer, and commit to accountability,
friendship and support. They are the safe place to open your heart,
share your life, and ask the tough questions. Small groups are the
place where ministry happens at Romeo, and we want to help you get
there.
